A. If you are in the health competition between Nurses, Doctors,

Patients and Allied Health you don't need to register here. Go to the

Donate page by clicking on the 'donate here' button and click on

Nurses or Doctors or Patients or Allied Health in the 'Registered Identity Code'

in Optional Information when you donate.

B. If you are a business, say in Allied Health or a Medical

Practice, register in your business name. If you are also entering

the health competition tick the appropriate box below in number 3.

C. Register only once as an Individual, Team or Business.
